Maximum User Weight is 250 pounds.
Sauna sessions should be limited to 10-20 minutes, with first-timers starting at 5-10 minutes.
Individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or certain other conditions should consult a doctor before using a sauna.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist about using medications that affect body temperature regulation or make you drowsy.
Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, and medications that can affect body temperature regulation before and during sauna use.
Allow for a gradual cool-down after a sauna session, especially if you have heart disease.
Drink plenty of water before and after a sauna session to replace fluids lost through sweating
